Terms of Service

AlphaRadar is an educational platform that observes and explains publicly available market activity. It is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and not a signal service. We do not execute trades, hold client money, or manage assets on anyone's behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Lifetime access applies for as long as the service operates. Prices shown at the time of purchase apply for that term.

Where consumer law grants you a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, that right applies. Outside of that, refunds are at our discretion. Refunded or charged-back purchases have their access removed automatically.

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute or republish AlphaRadar content or data, reverse engineer the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the platform to provide financial advice to others.

Nothing on AlphaRadar is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The service is provided "as is". Market data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. We make no warranty as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaRadar is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that present a security or legal risk. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
